"NTA" (Independent Television Agency) is a Ukrainian regional information and entertainment TV channel, speaking from Lviv. The network of the TV channel includes TV projects of its own production: news, investigations, social and cultural programs, author interviews, talk shows, etc.

From 1998 to 2013, the channel was called "NTA". From 2013 to 2015, the channel had the name "Channel 2", since in July 2013 the channel moved to Kyiv, and after the rebranding, changed its name to "Channel 2", however, already in July 2015, the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting withdrew the "Channel 2" license, and, accordingly, the channel stopped broadcasting under the "Channel 2" logo.

In 2015, the channel returned from Kyiv to Lviv and began broadcasting again under the logo "NTA".

Cardinal changes in the management of the channel took place in 2016, when Nataliya Struk took the post of editor-in-chief, and Vitaly Krutyakov became the creative producer. Since then, the TV channel has been working in the direction of information broadcasting with a clear pro-Ukrainian positioning. The team completely reformatted the program grid, launched new projects, modernized the logo and concept of the TV channel.

Dmytro Dobrodomov (50%) and Andriy Mysyk (50%) are the owners of the NTA TV channel (they were also the owners of the "Channel 4" TV channel until December 27, 2021). In addition to the "NTA" channel, Dobrodomov and Mysyk were considered unofficial owners of the "UkrLive/Pershiy Kabelny" TV channel.
