Fear Factor: Tube Escape, Box of Reptiles, Hurricane Slide Watch Now
A contestant will be put in a clear tube just above water. Snakes and lizards will then be dumped in the box.

02:20 - 02:45

Fear Factor: A Submerged Hallway, Gross Items Transfer, Pipe Ramp into Boxes
Contestants transfer an assembly line of items using only their mouths. In another stunt, the contestant must drive their car up a pipe ramp and off of a 3 story high parking garage.

02:45 - 03:55

Fear Factor: Helicopter Flag Snag, Fondue Party, Eel Hang, Two Wheel Truck Ramp
A contestant must get on a pole under the nose of a helicopter. Players will bob in cheese and then eat grasshoppers. Contestants are hung upside down into a Plexiglas tank filled with Eels. Contestants must drive up with only two wheels.

03:55 - 04:45

Fear Factor: A Car Crane Collision, Spider Dive
Both contestants are trapped in cars that are each suspended by cranes opposing each other. The female contestant will be locked to a conveyer belt that will be lowered into a shaft filled with hundreds of webs crawling with thousands of tarantulas.
