Canale 21 (Naples Canale 21 until 2013, although it was always mostly known as Canale 21) is an Italian regional television station launched by Pietrangelo Gregorio on August 15, 1976.

The broadcaster's headquarters were initially located in Ercolano, subsequently moved to Naples in via Posillipo 222 to finally reach its current headquarters in the eighties, in via Antiniana, in the municipality of Pozzuoli, a short distance from the border with Naples (Agnano ), where the road takes the name of via Eduardo Scarfoglio.

The historic Neapolitan broadcaster has also had an office in Rome in via Sommacampagna, 29 since 2012. The current director of Canale 21 is Stefano Arquilla, starting from 28 September 2020.
