The FBI has named Malik Faisal Akram as the British man shot dead after taking four people hostage at a synagogue in the US state of Texas.
Two teenagers have been arrested in Manchester as part of the investigation into the attack.
Akrams family has apologised to the hostages and added that they "do not condone any of his actions".
