European ministers to meet over migration crisis after tragedy

After the deaths of 27 people in the English Channel this week, ministers from several coastal nations are due to meet in France to discuss the migration crisis.
But a dispute between the UK and France is complicating efforts.
More than 23,000 people have already entered the UK on small boats this year - up from 8,500 last year.
With fewer avenues for legal migration or asylum after Brexit, many are attempting more desperate means.
