After the deaths of 27 people in the English Channel this week, ministers from several coastal nations are due to meet in France to discuss the migration crisis. But a dispute between the UK and France is complicating efforts. More than 23,000 people have already entered the UK on small boats this year - up from 8,500 last year. With fewer avenues for legal migration or asylum after Brexit, many are attempting more desperate means. Al Jazeeras Rory Challands reports from Calais in northern France.
