Britain says it will deploy troops to protect NATO allies in Europe if Russia invades Ukraine.

The Prime Minister told the House of Commons that Moscow would face ferocious Ukrainian resistance if the situation escalates and that NATO nations would stand together.

Russian forces have been performing for the cameras, while in Ukraine more equipment has been arriving from NATO countries.
